Mr. Brummond graduated from Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa, with a B.A. in political science and public relations in 1998. In 2001, he earned his J.D., with honors, from the University of Missouri - Columbia School of Law. Mr. Brummond is licensed in Missouri and Illinois.
