Daniel R. Lupino joined the litigation department as an associate in the Kansas City office.
Dan is developing a practice encompassing several diverse areas of civil litigation. His experience includes product liability matters, representation of creditors including collection on judgments, and employment discrimination cases. While in law school at University of Kansas, Daniel was active in the Trial Advocacy and Moot Court programs, representing his school in national competition.
