Jacob W. Reby served as a panelist of a discussion entitled, "Now That You Own It, What Do You Do With It?" at the American College of Mortgage Attorneys (ACMA) 38th Annual Meeting in San Diego, California. The panel explored issues and alternatives facing lenders after foreclosure or deed in lieu of foreclosure of subdivisions and condominiums including lender's rights under covenants, conditions and restrictions; lender's exercise or assignment of declarant's rights/developer's bonds, replacements bonds, letters of credit; and lender's exercise of voting or control of home owner's association and lender's liability for assessments to home owner's association.
