Steve Durbin’s practice focuses primarily on business litigation, with a particular emphasis on antitrust and environmental law. He regularly appears before the federal and state courts in Missouri and Illinois, and he also has extensive experience in practicing before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and the federal district courts in Arizona and Indiana.
David Fitzpatrick is a litigator with experience representing clients on matters relating to bankruptcy & creditors' rights; environmental, chemical & toxic tort; and products liability.
Steven Hall works on a wide variety of litigation matters, particularly in the area of commercial litigation, white collar criminal defense, and securities litigation. Mr. Hall has extensive experience representing corporations, their officers, directors and employees, and individuals in commercial disputes as well as in criminal and civil enforcement actions and internal investigations.
Steve Poindexter is a corporate attorney whose practice focuses primarily on business organizations and transitions, commercial lending, international business and government contracts. Mr. Poindexter has experience assisting clients in developing compliance programs and procedures relating to U.S. export controls, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and the Export Administration Regulations.
