He regularly advises clients with matters relating to acquisition and development of multi-parcel sites utilizing private and public financing; leasing arrangements for office, restaurant, warehouse/distribution and retail uses; and municipal and land use law.
Prior to joining Lewis Rice, Mr. Lemkemeier was a partner at The Stolar Partenrship, LLP practicing in the Corporate/Real Estate department.
Mr. Lemkemeier is an active and committed member of his community and is involved with various local committees and Boards, including the Executive Committee for Urban Land Institute - St. Louis District Council.
