We are pleased to announce that Richard B. Walsh, Jr. has been named Chairman of the Litigation Department of Lewis, Rice & Fingersh. Mr. Walsh joined the Firm in 1983 and is a member of the Firm’s Management Committee.
Mr. Walsh practices primarily in the area of complex commercial litigation, including intellectual property, antitrust and securities litigation. He has been the lead trial attorney in many complex litigation cases throughout the United States. His background includes litigating antitrust claims in the healthcare, bicycle component, aluminum products, agricultural products, professional sports and fitness equipment industries. Mr. Walsh has litigated intellectual property matters in many areas including computer systems, mechanical apparatuses and systems, chemical, electrical and medical products and processes.
