Sarah E. Rainwater's practice includes advising insurers, hospitals, health systems, physicians and other health care providers on a variety of regulatory issues, including Medicare and Medicaid, health care fraud and abuse, health care licensure matters, and corporate compliance. She also has experience advising corporate and health care clients on a variety of general corporate and transactional matters including business formation, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions.
Ms. Rainwater also practices in the employee benefits area. She advises clients on a wide range of employee benefit matters relating to qualified retirement plans, non-qualified compensation and incentive plans, welfare benefit plans, fringe benefit plans and executive compensation. She routinely advises on issues relating to the design, implementation, qualification and administration of employee benefit plans, including church plans and plans for exempt organizations
