Benjamin J. Siders practices in general civil litigation with a focus on education law, eminent domain, intellectual property, and computer and technology law. Mr. Siders has represented private homeowners, a municipal school district, a Catholic health ministry, and a telecommunications equipment distributor. He also participates in the Volunteer Lawyer Program through Legal Services of Eastern Missouri, providing pro bono representation to indigent people in our community. Originally from Iowa, Mr. Siders worked as a software engineer in the telecommunications, health care, and financial sectors, specializing in client/server, threaded, and multiprocess architectures on the Unix platform. During law school he served as an international student mentor, a research assistant, a senior editor on Washington University Law Review, and interned at the United States Attorney's office. Mr. Siders is also a volunteer leader in the Boy Scouts of America, and a Law merit badge counselor for the Greater St. Louis Area Council.
