Rosemarie M. Karcher focuses her practice in the areas of commercial finance, real estate law, and corporate law. In her practice she represents national, regional, and local banks, financial institutions and other lenders in structuring, negotiating and documenting complex commercial financing transactions that include secured and unsecured syndicated loans, secured and unsecured commercial loans, real estate and construction loans, asset-based loans, acquisition financings, letter of credit financings, and secured and unsecured loans to wealthy individuals for commercial, estate planning and other purposes. She also represents borrowers in a variety of secured and unsecured financings related to commercial, estate planning and other transactions.
