Brad Maddock’s practice in the firm’s real estate department encompasses a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions, with a concentration in the area of commercial real estate finance.
Mr. Maddock represents developers, investors and lenders with respect to acquisition financing, construction financing, mezzanine financing and revolving credit facilities for such land uses as hotels, shopping centers, office buildings, golf courses and residential developments. He has closed loan transactions secured by real property in approximately 15 different states since 2004.
