Daniel L. Massey’s litigation practice includes representation of a wide variety of clients in environmental, tort and contract law related matters in both state and federal courts and before administrative tribunals. Mr. Massey also regularly counsels clients on the environmental risks associated with real estate transfers and commercial transactions.
Prior to joining Lewis, Rice & Fingersh, Mr. Massey worked for the Missouri Attorney General’s Office where he served as lead trial counsel for the State of Missouri, Missouri Department of Natural Resources, and MDNR’s citizen boards and commissions in environmental enforcement litigation.
