We have represented clients throughout the country in the development of regional malls, mixed use projects, strip centers, office buildings, sports arenas, golf courses, movie theaters, casinos, urban redevelopment projects, single family residential subdivisions, planned unit developments, apartments, condominiums, bridges, dams, docks and industrial facilities. Our representation is usually from the ground up requiring the negotiation of land acquisition contracts, governmental entitlements, development incentives, assessment districts, construction and architect contracts, major leases, joint venture agreements, construction and permanent financing documents, complex reciprocal easement agreements and declarations, and development, management and leasing agreements. We have represented developers in their negotiations with department store anchors in regional malls, including new projects, expansions of existing malls and redevelopments of existing malls. These projects have variously included joint ventures with the department store anchors, sales of fee title, and subordinated and unsubordinated ground leases.
